Project MADAM (Model-Adjusted Doses for All Mothers) is a collaboration between Radboud university medical center (Nijmegen, the Netherlands), Maastricht University Medical Center+ (Maastricht, the Netherlands) and the Teratology Information Service, Netherlands Pharmacovigilance Centre Lareb (‘s Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands). The pediatric dose information provided on the MELINDA website is developed in collaboration with the Dutch Pediatric Formulary (https://kinderformularium.nl/verantwoording).
